Shipping, returns and privacy

Shipping

We ship to addresses in the United States.
Shipping for most pieces is calculated in your cart from the weight and size of your order and your ZIP code.
Large pieces are quoted separately. Ask for a shipping quote from the product page.
Ready-to-ship pieces go out first. Made-to-order pieces are built after you order and ship when finished.

If a piece arrives damaged, email alec@moorebuiltco.com with photos of the piece and the box and we will make it right.
Ready-to-ship pieces can be returned unused. Contact us first for return instructions.
Made-to-order and commissioned pieces are built for you and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or are not as described.

Wood is a natural material. Grain, color and figure vary from board to board, so your piece will not look exactly like the photos.

We collect what is needed to fill your order or answer your message: your name, email, shipping address and anything you write in a form.
Payments are handled by Stripe or PayPal. Card numbers never reach this website.
We do not sell your information. It is shared only with the services needed to run the shop, such as payment, shipping and email providers.
Your cart is saved in your own browser. This site does not use advertising trackers.
